A CNC router with a full 60″ × 120″ table adds precise features, profiles, and finishes that cutting and forming can't reach on their own, and two electric automated tapping arms thread holes in line, keeping more of the part under one roof and out of a third-party machine shop.
The router's table matches the laser's full sheet capacity, so machined features go onto full size panels without splitting the part. Two electric automated tapping arms thread holes in line as parts move through, with no separate drill and tap station, no second setup, and no outside vendor.

What size parts can the CNC router handle?
The table is a full 60″ × 120″, the same footprint as our largest sheet stock, so full-size panels get machined features without being sectioned.
Do you tap holes in-house?
Yes. Two electric automated tapping arms thread holes in line as parts move through the shop, so tapped parts don't queue behind a manual operation.
