How do I get a quote, and how fast will I have it?
Send a print, DXF, STEP file, or even a sketch to quotes@teomfg.com, or call 973-764-5500 to talk it through. Most quotes come back within 24 to 48 hours.
What file formats can you work from?
DXF, STEP, and full drawing packages are standard intake. If all you have is a hand sketch, our in-house engineering team turns it into a manufacturable part with production-ready shop drawings.
What materials do you cut and fabricate?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, across laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, and finishing.
Do you handle one-off prototypes or only production runs?
Both. The same shop carries a part from a single proof-of-concept through repeatable production volumes, with the same equipment and standards end to end.
What can your tube laser do?
Our 3 kW fiber tube laser has a 300 inch feed, takes full 24 foot sticks of round, square, and rectangular tube plus structural profiles, and adds copes, holes, and weld prep in a single operation. A Bendtech Dragon A400 plasma tube cutter backs it up on larger, heavier sections, and an Ercolina SB48 CNC tube bender puts accurate radii in tube and pipe.
What welding processes do you run?
Eight stations: a 7-axis robotic welding cell on a Fronius TPI-400, a 2 kW IPG laser welder, a Fronius TPI-320 push-pull for aluminum, four Miller 252 MIG stations, and a Miller 250DX TIG bench, in stainless, aluminum, and steel. Welding is AWS D1.1 certified. The robotic and laser cells handle repeatable volume work; skilled hand-welders take the one-offs.
What finishes do you apply in-house?
Paint, zinc coating, and clear coat are applied in-house and matched to spec. Powder coating is available through our trusted coating partners, managed by us end to end.
Can you design the part for us?
Yes. In-house CAD and design for manufacturability review are part of the process. We flag cost drivers before anything hits the floor, so the quote is the price and the print is the part.
What areas do you serve, and do you deliver and install?
We're in Vernon, NJ and serve New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Our own crews handle field delivery and on-site installation across all three.
