Hardware Insertion (PEM®)
Two PEM® insertion machines, including a fully automated, self-feeding 1025, set hardware at production speed.
We press self-clinching PEM® nuts, studs, and standoffs directly into sheet-metal parts, so components arrive at assembly ready to go. No secondary hardware step, no loose parts to chase. Two insertion machines run the hardware: a 618 for flexible short-run work, and a fully automated, self-feeding 1025 that feeds and sets fasteners at production speed for volume runs.
The fully automated, self-feeding 1025 feeds and sets fasteners at production speed, hundreds of insertions without an operator touching a part, while the 618 handles short runs and odd geometries. Hardware goes in right after forming, so parts arrive at welding and assembly with every nut, stud, and standoff already set.
- 618 inserter + fully automated, self-feeding 1025
- PEM® nuts, studs & standoffs
- Pressed in-house, in-line
- Assembly-ready components
What hardware can you insert?
Self-clinching PEM® nuts, studs, and standoffs, pressed directly into sheet-metal parts on two dedicated insertion machines.
Can you handle high-volume hardware insertion?
Yes. The fully automated, self-feeding 1025 sets fasteners at production speed, so volume runs don't bottleneck at the hardware station.
