A 6 kW fiber laser with a full 60″ × 120″ bed cuts full-size sheets whole and holds tight, repeatable tolerances from one-off prototypes to high-volume production runs. Clean edges and accurate hole patterns mean less downstream finishing and parts that drop straight into assembly.
Parts are nested across the full sheet for material efficiency, which matters most on production runs where drop is real money. Stocked material runs 22 gauge up to 1/2″ in steel and stainless and up to 1/2″ in aluminum, so most jobs cut same-week without waiting on a mill order.

What materials and sheet sizes can you laser cut?
Steel, stainless, aluminum, brass, and copper on sheets up to 60″ × 120″. Stocked thickness runs 22 gauge to 1/2″ in steel and stainless. Thicker or specialty material is sourced per job.
Do you cut one-off parts or only production runs?
Both. The same 6 kW fiber laser cuts a single prototype or a nested production run. Send the DXF and quantity and we'll quote it within 24 to 48 hours.
