Forming & Bending
Two Amada CNC press brakes plus an Ercolina SB48 CNC tube bender. Sheet and tube, formed in-house.
Two Amada CNC press brakes, an 80-ton HDS-8025 and a 50-ton HG-5020, turn flat blanks into finished geometry with consistent bend angles across the whole run. Two machines means the tonnage gets matched to the part, and production schedules never queue behind a single brake. An Ercolina SB48 CNC tube bender rounds out the department, putting accurate, repeatable radii into tube and pipe on the same floor that cuts it.
Two brakes means the setup that fits the part: the 80-ton HDS-8025 takes the heavy, long bends while the HG-5020 keeps smaller work moving in parallel, so production runs never queue behind a single machine. Both are CNC-controlled, so bend angles repeat within tolerance from the first part to the last.

What press brake capacity do you have?
Two Amada CNC press brakes, an 80-ton HDS-8025 and a 50-ton HG-5020, running in parallel, plus an Ercolina SB48 CNC bender for tube and pipe radii.
How consistent are bends across a production run?
Both brakes are CNC-controlled Amadas. Bend angles repeat run after run, which is what keeps enclosures, chassis, and panel assemblies fitting at the weld and assembly stations.
