Our 3 kW fiber tube laser takes full 24 ft sticks of round, square, and rectangular tube plus structural profiles, and fits up to 6″ × 6″ square tube, 6″ × 6″ channel, and 6″ round tube. Weld prep, copes, and holes are added in a single operation, which means faster frame and weldment builds with less hand fitting and tighter, more consistent joints.
Because copes, holes, and weld prep come off the laser already cut, frames fit together like a kit: less hand fitting, less grinding, and joints that land where the model says they will. And when a job needs bends as well as cuts, our CNC tube bender puts accurate radii into the same stick on the same floor.
What tube sizes and lengths can you handle?
The fiber tube laser has a 300″ feed and takes full 24 foot sticks of round, square, and rectangular tube plus structural profiles, fitting up to 6″ × 6″ square tube, 6″ × 6″ channel, and 6″ round tube. Larger, heavier sections run on our plasma tube cutter.
Can you add holes and weld prep to the tube?
Yes. Copes, holes, slots, and weld prep are cut in the same operation as the profile, so weldments assemble with minimal hand fitting.
