3 kW fiber tube laser with a 300″ feed for tube, pipe, and structural profiles.

Our 3 kW fiber tube laser has a 300″ feed, taking full 24 ft sticks of round, square, and rectangular tube plus structural profiles, with weld prep, copes, and holes added in a single operation. That means faster frame and weldment builds with less hand fitting and tighter, more consistent joints.

Because copes, holes, and weld prep come off the laser already cut, frames fit together like a kit: less hand fitting, less grinding, and joints that land where the model says they will. For larger and heavier sections, a Bendtech Dragon A400 plasma tube cutter runs alongside the laser, and an Ercolina SB48 CNC bender puts accurate radii into tube on the same floor.
