Our Ercolina bending machine puts accurate, repeatable radii into round tube from 0.75″ to 1.75″ in diameter, with wall thickness up to 0.120″. Paired with the tube laser, it means one shop cuts, copes, bends, and welds your tube work without a handoff to an outside vendor.
Bent tube usually means a second vendor and a second lead time. Here it stays on the same floor: the tube laser cuts and copes the stick, the Ercolina bends it to the programmed radius, and the weld stations finish the assembly. Handrails, frames, roll bars, and furniture legs come off the machine matching the model, first part to last.
