Our Ercolina bending machine puts accurate, repeatable radii into round tube from 0.75″ to 1.75″ in diameter, with wall thickness up to 0.120″. Paired with the tube laser, it means one shop cuts, copes, bends, and welds your tube work without a handoff to an outside vendor.
Bent tube usually means a second vendor and a second lead time. Here it stays on the same floor: the tube laser cuts and copes the stick, the Ercolina bends it to the programmed radius, and the weld stations finish the assembly. Handrails, frames, and roll bars come off the machine matching the model, first part to last.
What size tube can you bend?
Round tube from 0.75″ to 1.75″ in diameter, with wall thickness up to 0.120″. If your part falls outside that range, send the print and we'll tell you how we'd approach it.
Can you cut, bend, and weld the same part in house?
Yes. The tube laser cuts and copes the tube, the Ercolina bends it, and our welders finish the assembly, so bent tube work never leaves the floor.
